Calendula (Calendula Officinalis)

Plant Characteristics: Annual easy to grow in full sun. Grows to 2 feet with many-petaled flowers blooming continuously for several months.
Harvest: Harvest flowers, pick entire flower continually and dry as soon as possible.
Primary Benefits: Petals are beautiful in a salad. Anti-inflammatory for swollen tissue, use in salves, teas, or as a hair rinse.
